Low Voltage Track Lighting
Low voltage track lighting heads are equipped with electronic transformer that converts the line voltage of approximately 120 volts down to 12volts, to make the voltage suitable for low voltage lamps (bulbs). Electronic transformers are low profile, light weight and energy saving. This state-of –the-art technology eliminates transformer “hum” and can be dimmed with regular incandescent dimmers. Low voltage takes halogen Lamp generally limited to 50watts except some are limited to 35or 40watts. Halogen Lamps provide whiter light and truer color than other incandescent lamps
Line Voltage Track Lighting
Line Voltage track lighting heads do not require a transformer making the base which connects to the track a lot smaller. Line voltage track heads use a different kind of bulbs as compared to low voltage track heads. Line voltage track lighting fixtures can accept lamps according to the wattage rating of the fixture.
Single Circuit Track Lights
Single circuit track light system is compatible with Halo track system and is most commonly/widely used.
Low profile decorator finishes push in connectors, economy, all combine to make single circuit miniature track perfect for residential and commercial use.
Two Circuit Track Lights
Two circuit track offers maximum switching flexibility. Each circuit can be independently switched. The system permits individual circuit control for both circuits with the use of switches, dimmers and timers. Suitable for a wide range of commercial merchandising and residential applications.
Track Lighting Extensions
Special Custom-Length Order
For higher ceiling applications, the model can be ordered with an optional 18”, 24”, 36” and 48” extension rod (WH or BK only)which serves to increase the distance between the track and head of the fixture with a tube. As a special order the extension will be shipped pre-assembled. In addition, for slope ceiling applications, we can also add “Slope Swivel” to the transformer end of the fixture.
Track lighting fixtures ordered with extensions are not returnable.
